Hatha Joga

Elephantus Yoga invites you to a group Hatha yoga class suitable even for beginners.
We’ll meet on the beautiful wooden pier at Žluté lázně, with views of the river and the blue sky.
The goal of the session is to promote both physical and mental well-being.
In addition to relaxation, you can look forward to breath-connected movement, longer holds in poses, and detailed verbal guidance.
Entry to the venue: 100 CZK.
Class fee: voluntary contribution.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows free movement and bringing a non-slip mat.
In case of heavy rain or storms, the class may be cancelled for safety reasons.
