Full Body Workout To Get Toned & Stretchy Yoga with Fit by Wendy
Join us for a fun outdoor workout to tone up your body and sweat off some calories from all the summer BBQs.

Enjoy your Sbehindunday with full body movement overlooking the river (behind the volleyball courts)!
You don't need to be 'fit', let's have fun, get your body moving, and feel proud of yourself! :)
We will work on every muscle in your body to feel toned (I'll check your form to make sure you are doing each exercise RIGHT!), we will train and tan at the same time and we're going to end the workout with 30 min. stretch to feel relaxed but at the same time energised.
WITH YOU
- Wear something PINK to match my Badass theme :) (if you don't have it, don't stress about it, just wear something colorful).
- Sporty clothes & sporty shoes
- Bottle of water
- Sunscreen or a hat if needed
- a towel or a YOGA MAT to put on the ground! important!
