The Witches of Eastwick

A very loose adaptation of John Updike's book, which focuses on the relationship between the two sexes on the story of three lonely women. The film combines the elements of bizarre comedy, horror, and satire into the dull morale of a typical American small town, whose seemingly contrasting contrasting sharply with what at first glance can not be seen. First of all, the Witches of Eastwick are an entertaining, relaxing film dominated by Jack Nicholson's fascinating acting performance, whose creations as a repulsive, irresistible hellfish exaggerate the film's own frame. In 1988, the film was nominated for an Oscar for music and sound.
